Warehouse Culotte Jumpsuit and The Urban Garden Party!

One trend that I am totally in love with at the moment is culottes. They first caught my attention when Victoria from InTheFrow modelled them at London Fashion Week. Although I think they look incredible, I never thought I would be able to pull them off myself. I wasn’t sure that the mid-calf cut would be flattering on my frame. However, when Warehouse asked me to work with them on an outfit post in advance of their Urban Garden Party, I had a browse of their clothes and fell head over heels with this jumpsuit. The high quality tailoring and beautiful cream shade make it super sophisticated.

The Trench Coat in Paris

If you follow me on Instagram or twitter you may know that I recently went to Paris. I had been wanting to visit ‘The City of Love’ for so long so it was the most perfect 21st birthday present from my parents. (Thank you, thank you, thank you!) As you can probably imagine, I took so many photographs. (I also took quite a bit of video footage but that’s a story for another day…) I have a lot of Parisian blog posts up my sleeve – think travel, food and fashion – and I can’t wait to publish them in my little corner of the internet. Last week I headed down to London for a number of events, the first being a Gossip Girl themed Dinner party in aid of London Fashion Week, followed by a gifting lounge. We arrived in Hoxton and entered the extremely ‘Brooklyn’ venue called Arch 402. The space was incredible, full of brands ready to show us their products and the most beautiful lighting.

LFW: The Catwalk Edit

Last week I was invited to one of the pre LFW shows, The Catwalk Edit. It was held in the beautiful Chelsea Town Hall and the event was showcasing some new, up and coming designers. There was lingerie, nightwear, swim wear and evening wear and the event itself was an incredible experience. There was a catwalk at every hour and between each presentation, there was the opportunity to talk to the designers themselves, find out a little more about their designs and inspiration and browse their collections.

Last week I was invited to go along to the Quiz Valentine’s Event in Manchester. We had the opportunity to browse their gorgeous collection of clothes whilst being treated to champagne and personal cupcakes. I fell in love with loads of their clothes but somehow managed to resist temptation to buy anything!

Last Saturday was the amazing clothes swap hosted by Rock on Ruby in Manchester! I feel it is important that I let you know that I haven’t had my camera for about a week. Unfortunately this event fell into this said week so the photos for today’s blog post are limited to iPhone only. I hated not having my camera but I had to make do! The Bloggers’ Market

Hello Lovelies!!

Last Saturday I found myself in London for the #nyLDNmeetup (post to come shortly!). Seeing as my bus arrived a couple of hours before the event started me and a few other bloggers (Kayleigh and Sophie) went along to The Bloggers’ Market. It was hosted by Liv (one of my all time favourite bloggers!), Carrie, Lucy, Kristabel and Dunya. Held at Camden Foundry, it was in the most gorgeous location. So rustic and beautiful. The Foundry is located in the Stables Market and I was really sad to have to dash around Camden as there were so many intriguing shops there and SO MANY potential photos to be taken. I will definitely be returning there the next time I am in London… watch this space!

My Fashion Affair

Hello Lovelies!

Today is such a great day for me, I have finally handed in my last essay! So this means more time for blogging and making all the blog improvements I’ve been meaning to tweak in the last few weeks!
