It Really Is a Make Up Revolution!

MUR

Hi Guys!

This is very much a follow up to yesterday’s post all about my love for the Seventeen Shimmer Brick. I also recently purchased the Makeup Revolution Iconic 1 eye shadow palette. The Urban Decay Naked palette has been on my wish list for SO long and after seeing so many bloggers rave about the Make up Revolution dupe, I couldn’t ignore it any longer. At only £4… YES £4!!… I had nothing to lose. It was time to test out the iconic 1 for myself…

Hi there everyone!

Today I’m talking about one of my favourite things: Makeup. Nothing beats getting a beautiful, shiny, new palette! In an ideal world, I would be splurging on Chanel, Guerlain, Hourglass and Dior on a regular basis. Unfortunately though, often just one product would blow my weekly budget so I have to look elsewhere. You can imagine my excitement then when I got my hands on this Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick dupe from Seventeen for just £4.99! That’s less than a day rider on the bus!

Introjuicing with Currys

IJ

Hello Lovelies!

Last Sunday I joined a group of northern bloggers at the beautiful Lambert’s Yard for an Introjuicing event with Currys. The venue was so rustic and artistic. I must admit, I spent quite a while admiring the beautiful space! Anyway, we soon got started. The event was comprised of 5 different stations and I found myself at the free-for-all juicing table to begin with. It was quite daunting as I have never really done anything like this before. Watching in awe as the pros threw in all sorts of fabulous combinations of fruit/veg and yoghurt; skin, core and all, I decided to give it a try myself!

The Bloggers’ Market

Hello Lovelies!!

Last Saturday I found myself in London for the #nyLDNmeetup (post to come shortly!). Seeing as my bus arrived a couple of hours before the event started me and a few other bloggers (Kayleigh and Sophie) went along to The Bloggers’ Market. It was hosted by Liv (one of my all time favourite bloggers!), Carrie, Lucy, Kristabel and Dunya. Held at Camden Foundry, it was in the most gorgeous location. So rustic and beautiful. The Foundry is located in the Stables Market and I was really sad to have to dash around Camden as there were so many intriguing shops there and SO MANY potential photos to be taken. I will definitely be returning there the next time I am in London… watch this space!
