Christmas Party Lookbook

Hi Everyone!

It is that incredible time of year full of Christmas parties and festive events. Me and fellow blogger, Lucy, decided to write a post showing one way that you can tailor your party make up and outfits this season. For me it is an opportunity to dig out all my glitter and dress up in sparkly clothes! For my outfit choice, I went with a very sparkly silver theme combined with soft pinks, nudes and pearly whites. This colour combination reminds me of snow and icicles and all the glitz and glamour that often surrounds this time of year.

Hull Bloggers Meet!

I had a very exciting day last Sunday as I was lucky enough to attend the Hull Bloggers Meet hosted by Alex (Champagne & Lemonade),  Jaye (Jaye’s journal) and Jenny (Curious Alice Loves). I know I’m not from Hull but it was only a short train journey away from Leeds and I am so glad that I went. I met so many new bloggers and found out about some great new products that I can’t wait to share with you!

An evening at Angelica

Last night, I was lucky enough to visit Angelica in Leeds to try out their food and wine. If you are looking for a sophisticated and classy evening with an impressive view then this really is your ideal venue. Positioned at the top of Leeds Trinity, the restaurant looks out over the city and the beautiful dome ceiling of the shopping centre. The huge glass windows reflect all of the outside lights and colours. This combined with the candle lit tables and the sparkling wine glasses provides an extremely luxurious setting for an evening you definitely will not forget.

Hi Guys! So…. it’s the 1st December!! I hope you all enjoyed opening your first advent calendar door this morning?! I definitely did. Today marks the start of a very exciting time, especially in blogging news. This year I will be taking part in the #CountdownToChristmas Blogmas series. This a series created by Megan (Beautiful You) and Emily (beautybyemily). They decided to host a blog series that runs from the 1st of December up until Boxing Day. It involves publishing two blog posts a week on Monday and Friday about set topics, these range from fashion to lifestyle to beauty posts. So keep you eyes peeled for these specific posts! They are sure to be extremely festive and if you want to feel Christmassy, they will definitely get you in the mood.
